Paul Holt
Paul works in the commercial, security and not-for-profit sectors, placing board level and senior executive positions. He joined Gundersen Bucher Rugman - GBR Search from another Executive Search company, where he had been a practice lead covering defence, aerospace and management consultancy.
Prior to this he worked for American International Group (AIG) Inc., in the USA and Caribbean, where he focused on marketing & business development, and brings commercial experience gained as a senior executive with one of the largest and most successful Insurance & Financial Services company in the world. His earlier career was in the British Army where he served in a range of operational, management, security, strategic and top-level business planning, and HR roles; serving in the around the world, including Northern Ireland & the Balkans.
Paul has a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Bristol and an MA in Military Studies from Cranfield University.
